After many years in the construction industry, Tom Langley, a licensed Texas Home Inspector, decided to build a company that represents his life and business philosophy. Tom believes along with knowledge and compassion, integrity is one of the most critical principles he can offer his clients.
Tom has developed an extensive and vast amount of experience in the residential and commercial inspection industry. To date, he has performed over 2,500 inspections and holds multiple licenses. Tom is not only licensed with TDA for pest control and wood destroying insects but also holds a license with NAWT.
It wasn’t long before Tom’s passion for helping others learn the home inspection trade would lead him to the classroom. Tom is also a Texas Senior Technical Trainer with ATI, a nationwide home inspection training institute. Tom earned his teaching certification through TREC which qualifies him to perform classroom and ride along field training. Today, along with the home inspection business, Tom also trains new and seasoned inspectors in the classroom and in the field.
