Turn Key Home Inspection was formed under one core principle. Integrity. After many years in the construction industry, Tom Langley, a licensed Texas Home Inspector, decided to build a company that represents his life and business philosophy. Tom believes along with knowledge and compassion, integrity is one of the most critical principles he can offer his clients.

Tom has developed an extensive and vast amount of experience in the residential and commercial inspection industry. To date, he has performed over 2,500 inspections and holds multiple licenses. Tom is not only licensed with TDA for pest control and wood destroying insects but also holds a license with NAWT.

It wasn’t long before Tom’s passion for helping others learn the home inspection trade would lead him to the classroom. Tom is also a Texas Senior Technical Trainer with ATI, a nationwide home inspection training institute. Tom earned his teaching certification through TREC which qualifies him to perform classroom and ride along field training. Today, along with the home inspection business, Tom also trains new and seasoned inspectors in the classroom and in the field.

Stewart Gaines - Home Inspector

Turn Key Home Inspection is represented in the East Texas area by seasoned professional and long-time resident Stewart Gaines. Stewart has deep roots in Anderson County and has lived in Palestine, Texas most of his life. 

After graduating from Palestine High School in 1983, he attended South West Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. In 1987, Stewart graduated with a BBA in Marketing. After completing his education, he decided he wanted to be a business owner. Stewart owned and operated a retail liquor store in Palestine for eight years until he decided to sell it in 2005.

In 2007, Stewart developed an interest in the home inspection industry. It wasn’t long before he began the educational and licensing process to become a professional home inspector and pest control technician. 

Stewart has held a professional inspector’s license since 2009. He completely understands a prospective homeowner’s concerns when purchasing real estate. During his report presentation, Stewart is committed to making sure the prospective homeowner understands the process every step of the way. He will go over the inspection, answer any questions and give an in-depth report to you so that you can make an informed financial decision. 

As a professional in the home inspection industry, Stewart is known to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Stewart’s interests outside of work include his family, their dog, motocross, cooking, and outside activities.

David Mabey

Carlos Toledo

Carlos Toledo grew up in a family with traditional values. As a child he lived in an adobe rustic home that was constructed in the 1800s that stimulated his curiosity for sustainability and renewable energy

Before he decided to pursue his career as a home inspector, Carlos earned his degree in construction management and worked as a government employee on numerous projects in different building

phases. Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he understands buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions one can make. He strongly believes a detailed and thorough home inspection is essential for every prospective home buyer to be able to make an informed decision on their future home.

As a Spanish-speaker, Carlos is multicultural and bilingual. He adds diversity to the Turn key Home Inspection team. He is also a devoted father and enjoys outdoor activities.
